Do I need my own API keys?
No. Credits include the AI — the speech recognition and the model calls are ours to run and
ours to pay for. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing else to pay. That does mean the
audio and transcripts of a live session pass through iReliabee so we can do the work; what we
keep and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy.
What is a credit?
Half an hour of live session. That includes the coach's answers and screenshot reads during it,
up to about half a credit's worth; past that — only a very short session with a lot of coaching
gets there — they use credits the way coach answers outside a session do. A voice mock interview, where the AI both listens and
speaks, uses about 0.15 credits a minute. Translating a live session's captions into
another language adds one credit per half hour, and the app says so before you turn it on. Text mocks, debriefs, study packs, notebooks, reading
notes, people briefs and coach answers outside a live session use a small part of a credit each, by how much AI work they do — a
debrief is usually a small fraction of one. What is left of a credit is never lost: any balance,
however small, can be spent.
Your library and your progress don't spend credits at all — those are free and always will
be. There is one free credit a month for every account, so you can practise, or try the live
companion in a real meeting, without buying anything.
What do text-message reminders cost?
0.0015 credits a text, about 4 pesewas: what the text costs us, plus a margin. A reminder is at most
two texts, so a meeting with reminders 30 and 15 minutes before costs at most 0.006 credits. The app
shows the price before you turn text reminders on, and each text appears in your credit history.
Reminders on your computer and by email are free. Text reminders go to Ghanaian mobile numbers for
now.
Do credits expire?
Never. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and nothing runs out at the end of a month.
Buy what you need for a search and use it over however long that search takes. When you run out,
the app goes back to the free features — nothing is deleted and your sessions, debriefs, notes
and files stay on your computer and stay readable.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. Your credits belong to your account rather than to a machine, so sign in on as many
computers as you like and the same balance is there on each.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days, for any reason, no explanation needed. Email
[email protected] and we'll refund it.
Which currency am I charged in?
Ghana cedis, wherever you are — our payment provider can only charge in cedis. If your card is
issued elsewhere your bank converts at their rate, and some cards add a foreign transaction fee —
worth checking before you buy.
Prices are lower in Africa. Which price you see is set by the country you are connecting from;
buyers everywhere else pay about 15% more. Outside Ghana we also show roughly what a price comes to
in your own currency, from a public exchange rate updated about once a day. That figure is an
estimate: the amount your bank takes depends on its own rate and fees.
Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes — MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo, or a bank transfer, a card or Apple Pay (on an iPhone, iPad or Mac). Payments are handled by
Paystack, so no foreign card is needed.
I bought from the Microsoft Store — is that the same?
The Store version is the same app, and you sign in to the same account. Credits are bought
here rather than through the Store.
