In plain terms

Your library and progress are free for ever. Anything that uses the AI — live sessions, mock interviews, debriefs — spends credits, which you buy in packs and which never expire, and there is one free credit a month for every account — there is no subscription and nothing renews. The AI is included in the price, so there are no keys to create and nobody else to pay. The app helps you prepare and keep up — it doesn't guarantee an outcome, and it's on you to use it where it's allowed.

That paragraph is the whole agreement in spirit. Everything below is the detail, and where the two appear to conflict, the detail governs.

Who you're dealing with

iReliabee is based in the United Kingdom and Ghana ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected]. By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use it.

We are the seller. Card, Apple Pay and mobile money payments are processed for us by Paystack, who handle the transaction but are not the seller — so your contract for iReliabee is with us, and these terms govern it.

Outside Africa, a credit pack may instead be sold to you by Lemon Squeezy or Dodo Payments as merchant of record (the checkout says which). For that purchase they are the seller: you pay them, in US dollars, plus any sales tax or VAT they must charge where you are, and their checkout terms cover the payment and the receipt. What you buy — the credits, and how they work — is still covered by these terms, refunds follow Refunds and cancellation below (we issue them through the merchant of record, back to the way you paid), and any support question still comes to us.

Your account

Credits belong to an account, so using them means signing in. There is no password: we email you a link, and following it signs in the computer you opened it on.

• One account is one person. Sign in on as many of your own computers as you like — your balance is the same on each. Don't share the account with someone else.
• Keep your email secure. Anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you, because the link is the credential. Tell us at once if that stops being true.
• You can sign out one computer without ending the others, from Settings → Your account.
• Don't decompile or modify the app to avoid paying for credits, and don't redistribute it as your own.

You own your data; you don't own the software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use iReliabee for as long as these terms are kept.

Credits

A credit is the unit iReliabee charges in. One credit is half an hour of live session, charged by the minute actually used. Caption translation, if you turn it on for a session, adds one credit per half hour of that session, charged the same way; the app shows this before it is on. Voice mock interviews are charged by the minute at the rate shown on the pricing page. Other AI features — text mock interviews, warmups, debriefs, study packs, people briefs and coach answers outside a live session — are charged in fractions of a credit according to the AI processing each one uses. The coach's answers and screenshot reads during a live session are part of its minutes, up to a fair-use allowance of about half a credit's worth for every credit the session's time is charged; beyond that they are charged like any other AI work, when the session ends. The pricing page is where the current rates live.

• Credits include the AI. Speech recognition and model calls are ours to run and ours to pay for. There is nothing else to buy and no provider to sign up with.
• Credits never expire, and there is no subscription. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
• A session reserves credits when it starts and charges what it used when it ends. A call that drops after a minute costs a minute. If your balance runs out mid-session, the app tells you and the session winds up.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except where we refund a purchase under the section below.
• Covering checks on a project you share. If you choose to cover the Write checks (review, find evidence, claim check) that the people you invite run on a project you share, those checks are charged to your credits, up to the monthly limit you set, and your history shows who ran each one. Covering a notebook you share works the same way for its study tools. Nothing moves to their account, and you can change the limit or turn it off at any time.
• We may change what a credit buys, but not retroactively: credits already in your balance keep the rates published when you bought them for 12 months, and we will tell you before any change takes effect.

We rely on third-party providers for the AI. If one of them has an outage, credits are not spent on work that did not happen — a session that fails to start does not charge you.

The free version

Everything in the app is open to every account. Your library, CV, stories, progress tracking, calendar sync, reminders and PDF export are free indefinitely, not a trial, and spend no credits. Anything that uses the AI — live sessions, mock interviews, warmups, drills, debriefs, recaps, research and study packs — spends credits.

There is also one free credit a month for every account — half an hour of live session, or the same amount of any other AI feature — so you can see it work before buying anything. It is added the first time the account uses the AI in a calendar month, in the app or in a browser, and it does not roll over. To keep it fair, a new account's first free credit may be withheld when many new accounts claim one from the same computer or network in the same month.

We may change what the free version includes, but we will not take away credits you have already bought.

Using it fairly

iReliabee can listen to a meeting you're in and suggest what to say. That is a useful tool and it can also be misused, so please read this section rather than skimming it.

• Recording and consent. You are responsible for complying with the law where you are, and where the other people are, about recording or transcribing a conversation. Some places require everyone's consent.
• Rules of the room. Examinations, certification tests, assessment centres and many recruitment processes prohibit outside assistance. It is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you and to follow them. We don't condone using iReliabee where assistance isn't permitted.
• Confidentiality. Don't put information into the app that you're not allowed to share with us and with the AI providers working on our behalf, because that is where it goes. The Privacy Policy names them.
• No unlawful use, and nothing that impersonates another person or misrepresents who is answering.

Practice, preparation, debriefs and meeting notes are what iReliabee is built for and what we support without reservation.

Your files

Notebook and Reading notes turn what you give the app — a lecture, a meeting, a paper, a book — into notes. A few things follow from that.

• Only what you have the right to use. Upload papers, books, slides and recordings that you own, have bought, or are allowed to use. You are responsible for that; we don't check it.
• Notes are for your own study. They are for you to learn from and refer back to. Don't use them to republish, sell or share someone else's work in their place.
• Your files stay on your computer. To make notes, only the passages being worked on at that moment are sent through our service to the AI providers, as the Privacy Policy describes. We don't store them.
• Check what matters. Notes are written by AI from the source and can be wrong or leave things out. Every point links back to the page or moment it came from — check anything you'll rely on against it. Explanations the AI adds of its own are labelled as iReliabee's.

Notes are charged in credits by the AI work they take, like debriefs. Reading notes show an estimate in credits before anything is spent.

Payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in Ghana cedis and are the full amount payable, including any tax that applies. If your card is issued outside Ghana, your bank converts at their rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, which is between you and them.

Prices depend on where you buy from. They are lower for buyers in Africa. Which price applies is set by the country your connection comes from when you open the checkout, and the price shown there is the price you pay. Any figure in another currency shown beside a price is an estimate only; you are always charged the cedi amount. If a purchase at the price for Africa is paid with a card issued outside Africa, we still add the credits, and we note it on the purchase record.

• Every purchase is a single charge. Nothing renews, nothing is stored for later billing, and there is no subscription to cancel.
• Credits are added when the payment clears, usually within a moment. If they have not appeared after an hour, email us and we will sort it out.
• We may change prices, but never for credits you have already bought.

Credits are added to the account matching the email address on the purchase. If you buy while signed in, they go to the account you are signed in as; that is the reliable way to do it.

Refunds and cancellation

14 days, any reason, no explanation needed. If iReliabee isn't what you wanted, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full.

This applies to any pack of credits you have not substantially used. If you have spent most of a pack we will talk about a partial refund rather than refusing outright — tell us what happened. We would much rather sort it out than have you file a chargeback.

A refund takes back the credits it paid for. If they have already been spent, your balance can go below zero, and the shortfall is settled before new credits are added.

There is no subscription to cancel: nothing renews, so there is nothing that can catch you by surprise later.

Refunds are returned the way you paid and usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or mobile money provider. Nothing here affects any statutory rights you have where you live.

What we don't promise

iReliabee is a practice and preparation tool. It is not a guarantee of anything.

• No outcomes. We don't promise you'll pass an interview, get a job, be admitted to a programme, or reach a particular exam band. Scores in the app are practice feedback, not official assessments, and no examining body endorses them.
• AI output can be wrong. Suggestions, summaries and research briefs are generated by AI models and may contain errors. Check anything that matters before relying on it.
• Not professional advice. Nothing the app produces is legal, financial, medical, career or immigration advice.
• Transcription isn't perfect, particularly with accents, crosstalk or poor audio.
• The software is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data that you could have exported. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights stand.

Ending this agreement

You can stop using iReliabee at any time, and uninstalling it removes the app. Your data stays on your computer until you delete it. Projects and notebooks you keep in a browser stay on our server until you delete them or ask us to delete your account; you can download them all first (see the Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached — sharing an account, attempting to avoid paying for credits, or unlawful use. Where it's fair to do so we'll warn you first, and we'll refund unspent credits.

If we ever stop selling iReliabee, we'll give at least 60 days' notice before the service is switched off, and refund any credits you have not spent by then. Because the AI runs on our service, the app cannot keep doing that part without us — which is the honest trade for not having to bring your own keys, and you should know it before you buy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do. For a material change we'll give notice in the app or by email before it applies to you, and if you don't accept it you can stop using iReliabee and be refunded for credits you have not spent.
